The carefree way for Greeks anywhere in the world, or anyone interested in acquiring their own beach house on a Greek island, is the opportunity offered by our own seaside development, Hellenic Beach.
1) The development is made up of houses and apartments. The houses are one story, and the apartments are in two story buildings. If affordability is a factor in purchasing an entire house, there is a wide variety of apartments at lower, reasonable prices.
2) Houses and apartments are designed to accommodate the owner and his family, and can be rented out when not in use by the owner. We believe demand will be high, and there will be staff to look after maintenance needs.
3) A great option is to purchase from the existing architectural plans and the cost will be much cheaper.
4) You can also buy a house jointly, as two partners, and save half the money in construction and maintenance.
5) A wonderful advantage is that when many houses are built together, the cost of construction and maintenance may be reduced.
As Greek Americans like to go to Greece a few weeks a year, we have designed a building with five studios. This building has a common area in the basement to include a kitchen utility area, a cafe /sitting area, bathrooms, and access to an outdoor pool.
Those with larger families can inquire on the availability of another adjoining studio.

APARTMENTS WITH YOUR OWN DESIGN
You can order the apartment with your own design as you wish. or buy a plot of land and build the house you want. Each apartment in this development is suitable for rental or personal use. All buildings have their own pool and landscaped areas.
According to the architectural plans there are detached houses and houses with apartments. You can choose one of the houses or apartments we recommend or make changes to the interior layout as you like or buy the plot and make your own design.
DETACHED HOUSE: The house is three bedrooms with two bathrooms on the ground floor and two bathrooms in the basement, a large terrace and a swimming pool.
APARTMENTS: The apartment buildings have two floors with a basement. The proposed apartments are three, two or one bedroom. The ground floor apartments have a large terrace and private pools. In addition, we have designed studio buildings: There are two categories of studio buildings. In one there are 5 apartments, three on the first floor and two on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is an additional common area for this building, with a kitchen and a small cafeteria and a large outdoor swimming pool, which will serve the 5 apartments. In the other building with 6 studios: three on the first floor and three on the ground floor. One studio has a private pool.

Closer to home, one of the many exciting activities is to go snorkeling in search of the underwater wreck, about 150 meters from shore.
Nature lovers, artists, hikers, fishing enthusiasts, photographers and anyone who enjoys being away from the typical tourist hype will love exploring this area.
